Audiences

Audiences in RatingsRobot represent groups of contacts that you can target with your email campaigns. You can create an audience by either manually entering contact details or importing a CSV file of contacts. Each audience can consist of individuals who may have interacted with your business, such as making a purchase, visiting a location, or using a service.

You can create multiple audiences to segment your contacts and better tailor your campaigns. For example, you could have separate audiences for different branches of your business or distinct customer types, allowing you to focus your outreach on the most relevant groups.

To start with, you'll have no audiences setup:

Select the "Create new audience" button:

The new audience is now listed in the Audiences List:

Selecting the "September Customers" audience will now show the menu of options available for the selected audience:
