What is an Organization?
An organization is the parent 'container' for your rating survey templates and team members. Each organization could represent a business, or a department in a business, a team, a strategy, any type of group, or anything you want. How you use the concept of an organization is entirely up to you, it is purely a way of grouping (or 'organizing') information.
Each organization has one owner and it can have one or more survey templates, and one or more team members. The owner of the organization is the person who created it during the onboarding process. The owner can transfer the ownership to another team member at any time.
You can have many organizations. You can create them yourself, or you may be invited to join the membership of another organization by one of its existing members.
Using your Organization
Survey Templates
Survey Templates are the cornerstone of your customer feedback processes. Once you have created your organization you can then create survey templates that will be launched and made publically available with unique URLs that your customers may access directly.
You can create email campaigns that allow you to send out batches of emails to target audiences inviting them to complete the surveys using those templates.
See here Survey Templates.
Members
With the Standard and Pro plans you can add new team members to your organization so they can collaborate on the surveys along with the customer ratings and feedback that they give rise to.
Email Campaigns
You can create ad-hoc email campaigns to send survey invitations to your customers. Create groups of contacts - known as "Audiences" - by importing CSV files with contact details or by manually entering contact details. Setup schedules to trigger outbound email campaigns at any time.
Create multiple survey templates for different purposes and then create audiences inviting them to give their feedback using those templates.
Subscriptions
Each user is provided with one free plan which they can assign to one of their organizations which allows you to get started straight away at zero cost with no credit card requirements.
For more advanced users and higher volumes then you may need to subscribe to a Standard or Pro Plan.
