Subscriptions

To access the payments portal, select "Subscriptions" from the main organization menu:

RatingsRobot services are billed per organization. A subscription plan is not required if your ratings response volumes are low and your requirements for template numbers and team members are minimal. Using the Free Plan you can continue to use RatingsRobot at zero cost.

If you need higher volumes, want to create multiple templates, or set up a team to manage customer ratings and feedback processes, then you will need to upgrade to one of the paid subscription plans. Also, if you want to setup more than one organization, then you will need to upgrade. Only one Free Plan per user is allowed.

The Free Plan does not provide access to Email Campaigns so if you plan to create outbound email campaigns then you will need to subscribe to the Standard or Plan plan.

Upgrading Plans

For example, below we have two organizations, Carlo Carriers has been assigned the Free Plan which means that Carlo Storage Solutions should be upgraded.

Select the "Upgrade" button to go to the plan selection:

Choose the plan that meets your needs and subscribe using the secure Stripe payments system Stripe Secure Payments. The payments checkout page is shown below:

Once the payment has been successfully setup you will see:

That's it, the organization has been upgraded to use the Standard Plan:

Customer Payments Portal

Once you have a subscription plan in place, select Subscriptions from the Organization menu, then you can access the Customer Portal:

Select the "Go to Customer Portal" to access your plan payments details:

From this portal you have complete control over your self-service payment portal. You can manage your payment details and payment methods, invoices and subscriptions all in one place. Additionally, you can upgrade or cancel your plan very easily.
