Members
To access the members view, select "Members" from the main organization menu:

Members view
This displays the list of current members and any invited members. Invitations can be sent via email to offer the opportunity to join the organization.

Membership
Each organization has one or more members, users who have access to various functions and data. There are 3 types of membership role:
- Owner
- Admin
- Member
Owner role
The Owner is, initially, the user that created the organization. Ownership can be transferred to a different user by the current owner. The new owner may need to sign out and sign in again to see the change.
Admin role
An admin user can perform most tasks apart from take ownership of the organization - this can only be done by the owner who can transfer the ownership to another user.
Similarly, admin users cannot delete and organization - only the owner can do that.
Member role
Members are able to perform various roles but cannot invite new members, cannot update or create templates.
Invite new members
Invite a new member by providing an email address and choose a role. If you are the Owner then the roles you can choose are Admin & Member. If you have the Admin role then you can only select the Member role for the invitation. Select "Send Invitation" to send an email invitation.

The outstanding invitations will be shown below the list of existing users. The invitation can be deleted if the invitation has not already been accepted:

The link in the email is a one-time usage link that expires within 7 days. Once the link is selected then the organization membership is granted immediately and they are automatically signed in to the application, and directed to the Organization Overview.

The new member is now shown in the members list:

Edit Member Attributes
The members list will provide different options depending on who the current user is. The owner will be able to manage the users by selecting the button with the vertical ellipsis:

Change Role
The member's role is changed to 'Member'.

which is then refelected in the member's list:

Transfer Ownership
The owner can transfer the ownership of the organization to another member:

The previous owner is granted the Admin role, this is then reflected in the updated member's list:

Leave Organization
A user that is not the owner may choose to leave the organization at any time:
