Email Campaigns

RatingsRobot is a versatile SaaS platform designed to help businesses quickly create and distribute online surveys. Each survey template features a simple 5-Star rating system and an optional comment section, making it easy for organizations to gather feedback from customers, clients, or visitors. Every survey is tied to a unique URL, allowing for customized wording based on the organization's specific needs.

In addition to surveys, RatingsRobot includes built-in tools for Email Campaigns. Organizations can target specific audiences — groups of known contacts — and send them personalized emails inviting them to participate in a survey. These campaigns are highly customizable, from the email content to the survey link, offering an effortless way to gather valuable feedback.

To get started, select Email Campaigns from the organization main menu:

Each Email Campaign uses one or more Audiences - your groups of customer contacts who will be sent the emails. Before you create a Campaign you should create an Audience using the Email Campaigns main menu:
