Campaigns

A campaign in RatingsRobot combines the power of your audience data with the customization of survey templates to collect feedback efficiently. When setting up a campaign, you can select one or more audiences to target and choose the survey template that best fits the feedback you're seeking. You can also personalize the wording of the email that will be sent to your audience, ensuring it reflects your brand and the purpose of the outreach.

Campaigns can be scheduled to launch at specific dates and times, giving you flexibility to time your outreach perfectly. You can even create recurring campaigns to regularly gather feedback. Each campaign sends a unique survey URL to your audience, guiding them to provide a 5-Star rating and any additional comments.

To start with, you'll have no campaigns setup:

Select the "Create new campaign" button:

Enter a campaign name and choose a Survey Template that the customer will be shown when they click on the invitation email link.

Next, associate one or more Audiences with the campaign - click on the "Select audiences" field to see a list showing all of the audiences you have created that are linked to your organization.

Leave an optional description which should be helpful to explain the purpose of each campaign.

The new campaign is now listed in the Campaigns List:

Selecting the "New Customers - Summer" campaign will now show the menu of options available for the selected campaign:
