Campaign Settings
To access the campaign settings, select "Settings" from the campaign menu:
The campaign setting page has two pages - Campaign Details and Survey Invitation Email Template - selected using the tabs at the top of the page:
Campaign Details
Configure the campaign name, the survey template to use, the audiences included and the description of the campaign. If you delete the campaign all data related to it will also be deleted, except for any customer ratings received as a result of the campaign execution.
Survey Invitation Email Template
Clearly, the purpose of an email campaign is to send out email invitations to customers to request their feedback. Use these settings to configure the invitation email content.
Email Variables
Note the following variable can be used in the template text:

...this is automatically replaced in the email body with 5-star rating links when the email is sent.
Preview Email
Click the 'Preview' button to see what your template will look like in the email:
