Template Settings
To access the templates's settings page, select "Settings" from the main template menu:
Defining the template settings
Define the contents of the survey template using the Template Settings.
The survey form definitions have three parts - the Survey Header, the Input Field Prompts and the Thank You Page.
1) Survey Header

The coded values shown above are defined using the layout page below.
The settings layout is divided into color-coded sections which make it easy to understand the structure of each survey. The items coded A to J above are marked on the image below:
Make any desired changes, select "Save" - and your new template is now ready to use.
